The trapezius (trap) muscle covers the neck, shoulder, neck, and back areas. Using muscle relaxing injections, we can shrink the area, resulting in straighter, less ‘bulky’ shoulders and a longer, more feminine-looking neck.
If you have overdeveloped trap muscles (where the neck and shoulders join), you may be a good candidate for trap enhancement. This is characterised by having two pinchable chunks of muscle where the neck and shoulders meet. Please note this is not a treatment for reducing excess fat in the shoulder area.
