Stiletto Botox
Stiletto Botox is a fantastic treatment if you suffer from aching feet and cramps from wearing heels. We have the solution: why not try our combination of toxin and filler to help with the issues caused by wearing your favourite shoe?
Treatment summary
- Targets: Aches and cramps in the feet.
- Method: Injectable treatment.
- Treatment duration: 15 minutes.
- Recovery: None (minor bruising and swelling lasting 1 – 14 days).
- Lasts for: 3 – 4 months.
Please be aware that a consultation is required prior to treatment. All consultations are £50. This is non-refundable and non-transferable. If you book your treatment within 4 weeks, this payment is deductible from your treatment.
How it works
We administer it into the arch of the foot muscles; this will then reduce the pain. We also administer the dermal filler into the balls of the foot to act as a cushion pad and reduce the pressure.
What can you expect from the stiletto botox treatment?
- A full consultation to discuss your treatment goals and assess your suitability for treatment (pregnant and breastfeeding women are not suitable for anti-wrinkle treatment).
- Treatment planning to assess your skin condition and how the ageing process and your lifestyle have impacted your skin.
- Administer the filler (a topical numbing cream is applied to numb the treatment sites).
- Aftercare advice before you leave the clinic.
Preparing for your treatment
Get the most out of your anti-wrinkle and dermal filler treatment by following our preparation guide.
How to prepare for your appointment
If it’s the first time you’re having an injectable aesthetics treatment such as anti-wrinkle injections or dermal fillers, great news. You’re going to love the natural and beautiful results it brings about.
Part of having a successful injectable aesthetics treatment is following the preparatory and aftercare advice below.
What do I do before treatment?
1-2 weeks prior to treatment:
- Avoid medications that thin the blood – these can increase post-treatment bruising. Examples include Vitamin E, Aspirin, Herbal Supplements and Non-Steroidal Anti-inflammatory such as Ibuprofen.
- Avoid invasive dental procedures a week before your treatment.
- Limit alcohol consumption.
48 hours prior to treatment:
- Get plenty of rest.
- Eliminate stress as much as possible to avoid feeling rushed during your procedure.
- Avoid alcohol.
- Avoid strenuous exercise.
The day of your procedure:
- Please do not wear make-up to your appointment. If you don’t have time to remove your make-up, we are happy to do this for you.
- Eat a light meal before coming in for your treatment.
What to expect
Your practitioner will mark out the area where the fillers/anti-wrinkle muscle relaxant will be injected. A numbing cream is used to ensure you are comfortable when the injectables are used.
Aftercare
After your appointment, please observe the following aftercare advice:
- Avoid heat-inducing activities such as saunas and strenuous exercise.
- Do not apply pressure to the area for the first 24 hours.
- Avoid alcohol for 24 hours.
- Avoid high-potency cosmeceutical products such as vitamin C, retinol and AHAs for 24 hours.
- Try to limit touching your face.
Each treatment involves more specific and personalised aftercare guidance. This will be provided to you based on factors such as your lifestyle, genetics, age, and treatment type.
