It’s an opportunity for our practitioners to give you transparent information about the treatments available, with a view to helping you make an informed decision about how to proceed.
We will always be transparent about the benefits and limitations of a given treatment. As responsible clinicians, we will also not shy away from turning patients away for treatment if it is not in their best interests.

There is absolutely no pressure on you to book or proceed with any treatment following your consultation. We recommend taking a couple of days to decide if you would like to proceed with treatment to ensure you’re making the right decision for your skin and your well-being.

We offer face-to-face and virtual consultations (popular with our patients who live abroad or far from the clinic) priced at £50.
Should you wish to go ahead with treatment, the £50 is deducted from your treatment.
Please note that to be eligible for the £50 deduction, you must go ahead with treatment within 4 weeks of your initial consultation.
